Achieve the final polishing effect (the effect can be seen within about 10 minutes). Compared with chemical polishing, the effect of cathode reaction can be eliminated, and the effect is better.
3. Mechanical polishing: For the rough surface of the stainless steel plate to achieve the decorative effect, it must be polished with an abrasive belt polishing machine on the roller frame. First, use 120# abrasive belt. When the surface color reaches the end, change 240# abrasive belt and polish. When the surface color is up, then change 800# abrasive belt, and when the surface color is up, change 1200# abrasive belt again, and the effect of the decorative stainless steel plate will be thrown.
