• Customers provide design drafts/samples/design ideas
• Designers communicate one-on-one to understand details, confirm drawings, specifications and dimensions
• Make a quotation for the product and give the specific sample time (10-15 days)
• Arrange proofing (sample free change and adjustment)
• Send samples to customers to confirm samples

A3: Free samples will be provided for regular customers. For new buyers, the sample fee will be refunded in the first order.
